Things I Did Not Buy: Twelve South’s HiRise for iPhone 5/iPad Mini. Beautifully crafted like everything that Twelve South makes. And while I own a couple of their products I currently do not have any convincing use case for mounting my iPhone or iPad Mini.
Things I Did Not Buy: The Autographer seems to be an interesting solution to the problem that you never have a camera ready to shot in the most interesting, funny or important moments. You wear this camera and it takes care of taking pictures at the right time for you. Great idea, but can’t see myself running around with the Autographer around my neck all the time. Would still be awesome, in particular if it would integrate seamlessly with Day One.
Things I Did Not Buy: Minimalist, elegant, premium iPhone ringtones and notification sounds. Nice, but the build-in ones ring and notify as well - maybe only half as elegant…
Things I Did Not Buy: Canary home security device with full iOS integration. Actually I could not even buy it as it is still in it’s crowd-funding period (already at $454k against a goal of $100k and still 34 days to go).
Things I Did Not Buy: The Lightning iPhone Saidoka Dock from Bluelounge. Great idea and added to my wish list, but not ordered.
Things I Did Not Buy: The DODOcase Folio for iPad Mini. Gorgeous, expensive and impossible to get in Europe unless you accept the import taxes.
Things I Did Not Buy:Leisure Suit Larry Reloaded for the Mac. God I really loved the original versions of Larry when I was a teenager and played them on my Amiga. Not sure it would feel the same again now.
Things I Did Not Buy: The Timbuk2 Especial Tres Cycling Backpack. I am huge Timbuk2 fan and nearly all my families bags and travel gears are from them. The Especials is maybe the best backpack you can get when you need to one to bike to work occasionally as I do. However, my current backpack which is more made for sportive Mountain Bike rides, does the job for the commute as well.
Things I Did Not Buy: Simplist Tumblr Theme - although, without a doubt, beautiful crafted I decided to stay with what I have. Changing themes or styles is anyway a typical sign of procrastination and its even worst if that costs extra money.
Things I Did Not Buy: The Desk organiser - L’atelier d’exercices. A lovely and minimal piece of design to deal with your desk clutter. I’d buy it instantly, but I don’t have desk clutter.
